App won't work if you are not providing access to your media.. great... Anyways, i gave access but then never received otp for signup.. perfect.
Trying to install the app,after installing and giving permission, otp never came ,tried many times.
There was a time when Carzonrent was an elite service! Right from booking, customer service, just awesome! But now you can't book a damn cab via the app or web, loose your money for 3 to 5 days & ask for refund, the citrus payment gateway is cracked & still lost somewhere in 2009s, doesnt understand the UPI system. Money would be deducted for your booking, but no booking would be done, keep asking for refund. Its either a scam or they have just given up, go for OLA OR UBER! SHAME ON CARZONRENT!
They will keep sending you bills after the trip has been paid as additional charges which they will never tell at the time of booking as no one will pay for additional charge such as toll, full garage charges etc. Pls never book from carzonrent as they are cheats and will keep asking money as additional charges after the trip has been paid. If you know additional charges you will never book as additional charger are more then 3 times the trip charge I paid in advance.
Had a very bad experience with their service today. Rented from Delhi airport, prepaid. On the way the driver refused to go the the destination we paid for. He was shouting so loud. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He said he wouldn't care if I complain. I would never ever recommend their service to anyone else.
A pathetic experience from KIA to YNK via cab 7917 today. Do not recommend you to use the service.
Wastage of Data, Installing this App..
bloody fckers y do u accept booking wen u cant provide a ride during emergency. and then u send us mail saying cancelling as per ur req? bloody morons
